Slimming World Roast Turkey an in Air Fryer FREE

Instructions:

  1. preparing the stuffing ball mixture. Combine the chopped herbs, egg, lemon zest, and pork in a bowl, season to your preference, and mix thoroughly using your fingers.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 3-4 hours (or overnight, if time allows).
  3. Place the turkey in a frying basket. and sprinkle it with the parsley, mixed herbs, and the zest and juice of two lemons. Season it and apply a coat of low-calorie cooking spray. Stuff the body cavity with the halved lemons, onion, garlic, and sage.
  4. Secure the legs with kitchen string and stuff the neck cavity with half of the prepared stuffing mixture.
  5. Pre heat air fryer to 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
    Insert turkey stand into the turkey cavity and place on frying basket. Lower into the air fryer.
    Let fry 8-10 minutes per pound.
  6. When the turkeys internal temperature is at 165 degrees remove turkey from the air fryer using oven mitts and the hook that came with your fryer.
    Let turkey rest for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, craft the stuffing balls. Divide the remaining stuffing mixture into 12 bite-sized portions. Cut each bacon rasher in half lengthwise and wrap each piece around a stuffing ball.
  8. Place them seam side down in a air fryer and roast until they are thoroughly cooked.
  9. Remove the skin and any visible fat from the turkey, place it on a serving platter, garnish with bay leaves, and serve with the stuffing balls and all the accompanying trimmings.
