Chicken Korma Recipe Another one of my favourite dinners to make and eat it’s also super low syn for a super tasty meal!

Ingredients:
- 450g of fat-free natural Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric
- 5 tablespoons of tomato purée
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 4 diced onions
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 2.5cm piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground green cardamom seeds
- 200g of drained canned cannellini beans
- 1 crumbled chicken stock cube
- 1 drop of optional coconut essence
- Small pack of fresh coriander, chopped
