Ingredients:
- 1½ tablespoons: of red wine vinegar
- 1½ teaspoons: of sweet or spicy smoked paprika
- 1½ teaspoons: of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons: of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cans (400g each): of diced tomatoes
- 4: lean smoked bacon medallions, with visible fat removed
- 4 boneless: skinless chicken breasts
- 200 grams: of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 400 grams: of trimmed green beans
- Half a small bunch: of fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
- 4: microwaved or oven-baked potatoes, to serve
