  • 50g: of rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon: of baking powder
  • 50g: of self-raising flour
  • Low-calorie cooking spray

For the Berry Sauce:

  • 50g: of blueberries
  • 50g: of raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon: of sweetener granules
