Chicken Rissoles Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the chicken mince, breadcrumbs, parmesan, shallots, garlic, and egg. Squeeze out excess liquid from the zucchini and add it to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Step 2: Shape the mixture into 10 balls, each measuring 1/4 cupfuls. Place them on a lightly oiled tray and gently press them out to form 7cm rounds. Cover the tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow them to chill. Step
