Overnight S’mores Delight

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, vanilla yoghurt, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and sukrin:1.
  2. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little more yoghurt until desired consistency is achieved.
  3. Divide the oat mixture evenly into two glasses or jars.
  4. In each glass, layer half of the mini marshmallows.
  5. Top each glass with the remaining oat mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crumble the low-calorie cookie over the top of each glass.
  7. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats to soften and the flavors to meld.
