- 2 tbsp low-fat spread (1% fat or less)
For the filling:
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
Optional toppings:
- Fresh berries (Syn-free)
- Grated lemon zest
