Instructions:

  1. Poach the Chicken: Submerge those chicken breasts in quark of broth, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool, then slice into bite-sized pieces. Reserve the remaining broth
  2. Crisp Up the Bacon: In a pan, sizzle those bacon bits until golden and crispy. Set them aside for later
  3. Shallot & Garlic : In the same pan, add a touch of olive oil and saute the shallot until softened. with the garlic for 30 seconds,
  4. The Creamy: Pour in the remaining broth, quark, lemon juice, herbs, spices. Whisk it all together until smooth and creamy, then add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) to thicken things up.
