  • 8 tablespoons tomato purée
  • 250ml low-sodium beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 400g dried conchiglioni pasta
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
